Here are her mug shots. Left, right, frontal and throughout the head there are very short spikey hairs (these hairs spike up THROUGH any hope of a pony tail comb-over.)
In this picture you can see how cutting hair on the side of the head, to just above the hair - helps qualify this hair cut as a mullet.

Nooooo! When my dd gave herself a mullet, she was kind enough to cut the front at chin length, and avoid the random spikes, so we just cut it all off into a bob. Maybe you should cut all of B's off into a spiky 'do? She might look a little butch for awhile...
Eery kid has to do this at least once.... it could have been worse. My little niece Rylee had two pony tails on top of her head and snipped one off the other day.
