I'm having a whale of a time picking out the tile - I want dark, but the only dark I liked had reddish undertones to it, the other one, I think is too light. What think YE? I wanted to go travertine at first, but from my understanding, that's a LOT of upkeep - I'm not into upkeep.
Also picking out the granite to go best w/ the tile - I like the look w/ the dark forest green undertones, but it just doesn't go w/ the tile I like - but I LOVE my kitchen cabinets (makes having a tiny kitchen almost bearable!!)

You sure have an odd conception of "humble", girly! Dark tile. Definitely. Makes for gorgeous contrast. I love it!
