My dear friend Mel sent me some good mail! It's so great when a man in brown dings my dong & leaves me mail! It's even better when I open it and have a pile of my very favorite flowers in the world! Thank you Mel! They brighten my day every day they've been out! Love the flower selection - LOVE the color selection!
In other recent news...I have gained 40 pounds in my head - specifically my sinus cavities! OI! My neck can't support my head, my garbage can can't support the kleenex, my nose has begun rejecting snot with the WORST possible timing...drip drip! I have a cough, it BURNS! I'm sure it's allergies. It seems like every April, I go through this hum-drum of a "death" it could be worse. I could be forced to get up every few hours & feed a baby...oh wait, yah - that...
Kiersten is home the next few days - her grade is doing "outdoor education" it's where all the 6th graders go to the zoo for 3 days (I'm sure they fit right in!!) and sleep there, learn how to camp and learn about nature, I guess - but we don't "do" sleep overs - and we certainly don't do co-ed sleep overs, moreover, we know the long term subs can't possibly teach her anything she doesn't already know about camping...she's slightly saddened by our decision - but we'll do something educational here - I'm sure I can find something edu-ma-cational for her to do here.
So things I have to do today would include calling the newspaper and asking them why they've charged my account for our classified ad but haven't posted the ad in the paper...calling the OB and scheduling my post partum checkup, and calling the kidney doctor to have them puppies looked at to make sure I'm okay to be off insurance again! (Well, we have insurance, just major medical, but I got additional insurance to cover the maternity part of my life!!)
I should clean, too - Maybe I'll run over to the drug store and pick me up one of them there whiplash neck brace supports so I don't have to work so hard to keep my head from falling off my neck. I should measure it, I bet it's swollen. There must be some kind of room for all that sinus expansion - it doesn't just seep into the brain and out of the eyes...that would really give me a snotty outlook on the day!

I really like getting fun surprises in the mail and at the door too. You mean mom! I saw that zoo thing when we were at the zoo in Phoenix a couple of weeks ago. I thought it looked so fun!!!
Sorry you're snotty! That stinks! Now you and Coby can have matching snot pictures? LOL.
Oh, and P.S. The flowers are BEAUTIFUL!
they are pretty! I'm glad you liked them! sorry you're dripping. don't drip on coby when she's eating - that'd be gross. i was told they make nose tampons - for nose bleeds. i was all snotty at work a few weeks back. tried to make tissue paper ones and just put a mask on (cuz no one would see tissue sticking out of my nose - right?) but that was WEIRD. Maybe you'd handle it better. ROFL! And what a meanie for not letting Kiersten go on a co-ed sleepover at the zoo. I mean surely it's more dangerout at home w/ you dripping on everything! She just might slip and fall!
LOVE the flowers!!
Kayla is doing outdoor ed at the Zoo right now too, only here it is *just* during the day - no overnights. Now if she were at the middle school then outdoor ed would be in Estes Park in the mountains and it would be overnight.
I hope you're successful at holding your head up! And hey, where's my Coby Eye Candy for the day?!! ;)
